About Us
Dreamsocket is a software development company built on dreams. Dreams to build great things, dreams to progress, dreams to be the best at what we do. That said, we love what we do, we are very selective in what we do, and are perfectionists at our core. We are fortunate enough to build apps for major companies that touch millions of users, put smiles on kids faces, and are just generally cool to work on. We’ve won Emmys, been app of the year with Google, had countless features on iTunes, our work is always on the forefront. Ever heard of the Super Bowl or the Olympics? We built apps that allowed millions to watch. Like the edgy programming of Adult Swim? We built their mobile apps. The list goes on and on. With clients like that, work is not only fun and cool, but interesting. Our clients love us and we love them. This always presents an opportunity to really push technologies by having a direct voice on the end product.
What we care about
How did we get here? We try to hire with that same mindset. We want the best, people that want to be around other passionate and brilliant people. We turn down more apps than we accept on the premise that our focus is quality and not quantity. At the end of the day, everyone on the team loves what they do, respects each other, and is working towards a common goal of creating incredible products. We are trying to build the best company that we can imagine.
What to expect
Are you passionate? Do you dream of all the what could be? You might just be who we are looking for. As a front end engineer you’ll be working on high profile apps for high profile clients. We work in sprints and deal directly with UX/design, QA, and project management teams. If you ever wanted to take ownership of something and feel that gratification, this is the place. You are backed by other engineers who are the best in the business and have built so many apps they couldn’t count them if you asked. You will learn, you will create, you will grow.
