In this position, you will travel approximately 80% of the time and you will typically be given at least 1 month advance notice about upcoming trips. You will travel both individually and with a team installing and converting our software for customers. TRAINING:

Gender-based violence/human trafficking interns will work focus on the following projects/topics:
• Develop government proposals for gender-based violence programs
• Create program based on research conducted with appropriate entities and populations
• Work with refugee welcome centers to implement interventions to victims of gender-based violence/human trafficking
• Develop surveys and interview refugees that have been victims of GBV/human trafficking
• Create mental health interventions and resources for GBV/human trafficking victims
• Devise and present a workshop for the GBV/human trafficking victims
• Propose future work and follow-up interventions

Business Intelligence/Analytics interns will work focus on the following projects/topics:
• Research company information
• Identify best database parameters for both companies and refugee profiles
• Extract gaps in refugee skill sets that are needed for specific jobs in order to find appropriate training opportunities
• Develop a database for the organization that can be modified with company information and refugee profiles
• Develop a portion of the database for training opportunities and development of network with other organizations that offer needed services
• Train the organizational staff to input and use the database
• Additional areas as they develop to meet local needs and intern goals
Finance interns will work focus on the following projects/topics:
• Work alongside NGO and refugee welcome center staff to learn their processes for socio-economic integration
• Review balance sheets and current financial evaluation practices
• Identify areas of financial improvement in terms of activities and monitoring and evaluation processes
• Research appropriate focal areas based on funding sources and public administration to appropriately concentrate areas of improvement
• Develop tools and mechanisms to assist organizations both financially and in reporting finances
• Explore various stakeholder interests and devise appropriate financial strategy
• Additional areas as they develop to meet local needs and intern goals
The cost to participate in the program is $1900.00 USD and includes:
• Housing for the duration of the internship
• Transportation to and from the airport upon arrival to and departure from Rome, Italy

As a Bilingual Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee, you will enroll in our 18 month training program that will involve job shadowing with seasoned sales representatives as they visit clients and sell our software products. The travel will vary based off your training territory. This field based training will assist in your education of our industry and solutions as well as allow you to observe the sales skills taught in the classroom training.
The classroom training is located at our award winning Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. You will complete different courses throughout the program including training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training on our dealership Retail Management System.Â
During this training program you will complete 12 months of customer service and installation training to help enhance your knowledge of our products and the benefits of our solutions. The Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee should be prepared to travel approximately 75% of the time during these 12 months. At the end of your training, when you are prepared with the appropriate skills and knowledge, you will complete a ten-day Sales Techniques Workshop, ending with a Closing Sales Presentation that will allow you to showcase the skills you have gained throughout the program and will prepare you for your own territory.We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
